UPS Repairing Steps Include:

1. After we receive service request from customer, an engineer will be assigned to visit the site.

2. Engineer then visit site and check UPS parameters.

3.Diagnose problem and inform the customer about action required to rectify UPS Problem.

4.Support Desk will submit commercial as per spares requirements.

5.After commercial is approved ,we will arrange a  standby UPS for the site and collect faulty UPS at TRC.

6.After rectifying the problem working UPS will be delivered at site and will collect the standby UPS.
