What is Battery Impedance Testing?
Battery Impedance Testing is a multi-purpose testing device used for verifying the life cycle of a battery to examine its condition and identify the cause of disruption in batteries that are in use. It is a non-intrusive way of preventing Battery failure by identifying initial signs of weakness in individual cells. Battery Impedance testing applying an AC current to each battery via probes attached to the block terminals. Impedance is measured and recorded in milliohms.
It gives a general indication of the batteries’ status without placing them under too much stress or needing to take them offline.

1- Do you provide this service all over India?
Yes, currently we are providing this service all over India.
2-Do we have to pay anything extra other than 999 Rs?
For Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Ahmedabad the charges will be 999+ GST and for other locations, the charges are 999+ GST + traveling charges
3-Do we have to pay in advance?
We will be charging you after the testing service is completed. However, if you are from other locations then you will have to pay for Travelling charges in Advance.
4- When will I get the refund of my 999Rs Investment?
After completion of the site visit, our team will send a detailed report within 7 days after completion of the visit. We will issue a GIFT coupon through which you can reimburse your investment against the purchase from our MSP WEBSTORE – www.mspwebstore.com within 12 Month from the Date of Issue GIFT Coupon
5- How much time do you require to complete the testing?
We will schedule the visit time and date and all the details of our Engineer will be shared with you by email. Our engineer will need 2-3 hours to complete the testing activity
6- Whether these charges are applicable per-site or per UPS System?
Rs. 999.00 +GST will be charged for each UPS
7- Will I get any discount for signing up for multiple systems at the same site or multiple locations?
If the visit is for the same site and multiple UPS then we will provide a combo offer – 2 UPS at the same site 10 % Discount, 3 – 5 UPS at the same site 20 % Discount & 6 and above then 40 % Discount for each UPS Battery Testing.
